World's Largest Tree House

April 19, 2011, Tuesday - Today we took a short drive to Crossville, TN to climb the World's Largest Tree house. Here are two great website that I found about the tree house http://www.usatoday.com/news/religion/2007-07-29-treehouse-church_N.htm
and this article was just written on June 30th.

We enjoyed climbing and exploring it. It is just amazing. The idea came to Horace Burgess in a dream from God. It is 10 stories tall, took 258,000 nails give or take a few hundred, 8,000-10,000 square feet and he is not finished with it. We climbed all the way to the top and Chad even touched the chimes. When we looked out the top we could see down below the name Jesus in the field made with flowers. We could not see this from the ground. That was pretty neat. Horace is going to try and get the tree house in the Guinness book of records. If you are ever in Crossville we highly recommend it!
I call this the redneck swing. It was a chair with duck tape and rope.
